Der Augenblick

How long does a moment take? As long as a wink or do we have the time on earth dwelling on it? Can we hold it and is time of this moment able to stumble? How is a moment?

It is something invisible, that needs to be noticed to take shape. The moment captured in paper – perceivable through interaction. This work collects memories of special moments conserved in paper which become audible only for one person at a time.

My task was to develop electronic devices to activate the sound by flex sensor which was included inside of the sheet of paper from the beginning of the process of hand-papermaking.
